Here I sit in Bob’s House, the sun is shining this morning at 10am
Yesterday was a wee bit drookit as they say here in the North East I share the weekly weather forecast for your perusal/amusement.
A dry and much brighter day than of late with some good spells of sunshine, although perhaps turning a little cloudier at times this afternoon across the north and east this afternoon. Some mist or fog patches developing after dusk.
Staying dry through this evening with some patches of fog developing, this lingering through the night. Chance of some frost towards Braemar.
I could have been on a cruise with Bobby again, but chose not to as my Liver needs a rest ha ha ha . Seriously Sasha and I decided to stay the course here in the uK.
Here I am in my new Pringle Sweater Cheaper than Sasha’s as I bought this in a Charity shop (A True Aberdonian)
Meanwhile Bobby and his mates sent a few pics, note his Grin.
Now he is back in Fort Meyers relaxing before heading to Houston, and a possible meet up with Mel n Irene.
Okee dokee Bob we get the picture. Life is Cool ! ! ! but nae a Cool as Peterhead (Temperatures).
All the best to Mel n Irene on their drive south to sunny Texas.
Mel will be happy that Starbucks is there in the Galleria. A drive thru no less.
Another Great week in the Borders of Scotland. Mother Nature sure looks after her chosen people (we in Scotland). On the Beeb! all the news at the beginning of the week was about the snow in Buffalo and parts of Canada. Poor folks !
Here we have had unseasonably warm weather, my biggest job was protecting the Butterflies that entered the cottage, they must be so confused. I know the plants certainly are what with Crocus, and Thistle appearing dotted about the garden.
This time next week we will be on the road again Heading for Aberdeen, Peterhead and ultimately Banchory where the Llamas await.
I am also happy to say that Mookie and I had a Looonnngggg talk the other day. Steph and the Gang Skyped a few times so all is well in my World. Now in Victoria ?
2 Puzzling Photos of my beloved K man and Lilly Z and one absolutely GREAT photo.
That’s it for this week, stay tuned for Rowie day in Aberdeen.
Not to sound Maudlin but, Sasha and I rose at about 0630 this fine day. By 8 am I had released a robin that had flown in to the cottage……is this a sign of Luck or changes. I must Google that.
Anyhoo after an initial coffee, I turned on the satellite radio and the first song played was Patti Page the singing rage with ” The Tennessee Waltz” wow I thought is Alix, mother of my children trying to reach me??? As that was the first song we ever danced to at the Old North Eastern Hotel in Peterhead.
It has been over a week since I spoke with Steph and the Kiddlers, and far longer with Mike. I will try again today to reach them.
Anyway Nostalgia aside, Sasha nd I decided on some photos outside on this plus 14 day in Mid November >>>>>>>>>>> Gentle man farmer having coffee and taking selfies>>>>>
We the decided to go to Carlisle for the Paper and a bottle ????
We passed this truck and I had immediate thoughts of those who have not tasted the wonderful haggis, of Scotland
Back at Dinleyhaughfoot Sasha and her pal singing ( I do not have to press her paw)
