Catch up Sunday……

Hi Folks, well another lovely sunny Sunday here in Banchory. The animals are all in fine fettle and Sasha and I are both happy in life. We have had a couple of chilly mornings  and (YES) for you in Canada I had to scrape the ice of the windshield 2 mornings this past week.  Today I did not and after reading my e mails and the CBC news still filled with Trudeau Tid Bits What to do with ourselves. I had an unexpected call from Steph  Koan and Lily Z. It is always wonderful to see these guys as we chat.. It makes the distance between us much shorter  xxx to them.

Chickens fed and watered Llamas fed and watered and the sheep look after them selves. So as I checked the Hothouse, I decided to harvest the tomatoes  and peppers and create a Pilmuir Salsa…

First wash with Cold Water all the fine tomatoes, peppers and Onions Harvested.

Empty food processor and bring to a boil, Stirring Gently….add secret ingredients
While simmering gently 10-15 Minutes Get ready for Bkfst

Remove Salsa from heat while  getting the fry up ready…Cool and Bottle.

Let sit for at least a week to meld the peppery flavours...mmmm
