Weigh in Day…… the Journey Begins to shed the Pounds, Kilos, or Stones

I weighed in at the Banchory Medical centre and I am ashamed to report that currently I weigh;  Imperial Measure 297 lbs or in the Metric Vernacular 135 Kg, but an even better number is in Stones unit of measure still used today in Scotland, 21 Stones 3 lbs . So in either of the units of measure I MUST Drop 50lb or 22.6Kg or 3Stone 5 lbs.

Isla lucky dog simply needs to lose 5Kg or.8 Stone, or 11lbs.

This will not be a race but rather a marathon at least for myself. My best pal from soldier apprentice days has put me onto Organic Apple Cider Vinegar a spoonful daily to start the system. Thanks Melvin. Will let you know how it turns out.

To those who have made a donation to Canine Concern once again a Thankyou and to those wishing to make a donation please go to:

Or if you want to just read of Isla and I losing weight together.

This is the latest link for Pet Therapy that Sasha and I were involved with.
