Finally have my MO-JO back………

What may you ask is my Mo-Jo? Well for the past few months I have been just going along slowly in my life. With not much excitement, rhyme nor reason..

Well in a little over a week I have my Birthday (again) This will be my 3.4 ….21st Birthday.

I have gained so much weight I am embarrassed, even walking with my Canine pals has not reduced my poundage. 57 years ago when I joined the Army I weighed in at 150Lb I am now not quite double that. I wish to live to be a 100 but that will not happen at this weight. SO diet but a diet with a difference. Isla one of my K-9 charges requires a double hip transplant. But before the Operation she must lose 5KG not a lot compared to me. So I told her we would lose pounds together and extend our walking regime. When I mentioned it to Nicola (homeowner) she said I will match you pound for pound in weight loss to the Dog Therapy Charity. Well I thought that will be great and she guided me to the charity web site Just Giving

I have now signed up and staring on my Birthday, the weight loss will commence. So if you feel like promoting a great charity please sign up.

This weight loss campaign will run until 19 July then close. I will update weekly on line and Facebook. Here is Isla she needs to lose 5Kg.
